An interesting line of research that caught my eye, because I have recently lost a dear friend to lung cancer.

Really??? If he’s so ashamed, how come Bernard Law still has a nice cushy job in the Vatican?

I’m not sure where the Toronto Star is going with its headline to this story. I’ve been to Auschwitz and, believe me, there is nothing I could say to convey the depths of shame and horror I felt in that place.

According to today’s NYT:
